i am sick of this blog format. i am finding it limiting and uninspiring these days.
So, i have been trying out other templates and other sites. currently i am interested in using the iWeb version that came with our iLife. It is really simple for photos and stuff, but apparently i need to have a server or FTP?
unfortunately, i am unsure what these things are or how big of one i need. me reading things about GB and bandwidths is similar to me reading my camera instruction manual. i take a deep breath and then convince myself that "i am a smart person. i can understand complicated subjects." but after about 5 minutes of either one, i sigh, slump in my chair and say, "miiiichaaaaael, help." but as stated in the beginning, this is not his project, it is mine.
So.
anyone, can anyone else help me? Jane? Joseph? Lindsay?
i just want it to be easier to upload photos and crap like that. life is crazy enough right now. writing on the breadmilkbutter site should be easy.
So, ease of uploading photos is of primary importance, Erin? Are you doing any videos? (Or plan on doing any?) Any particular blogs/sites you would like to emulate in terms of functionality, features, color schemes, designs, layouts, anything? i switched to wordpress b/c i found an inspiring background that i liked. it's not necessarily easier....but cuter? oh, you can upload entire albums. come visit and i will show you.
