Wow, the video of Peggy Fleming was actually enjoyable to watch. The ridiculous "costumes" that they were today are just such a distraction at best and offensive at worst (see the Russian skating couple). Whenever I see the couples skating, I just sit there wondering, as long as they're out there on the ice anyway, why aren't the guys playing hockey instead? Like why would you rather prance around on the ice in a fancy costume when you could be playing hockey? Some things just don't make sense to me. - DT
